How to rate:
To rate any of programs listed at WorldHYIPs.com you need to be logged in. When you are logged use emoticons on the right side to rate a program. Every user can rate each program once per 24h. The owner of a program is not allowed to vote for his/her own program.
There are 4 rating options: Each emoticon has fixed value and the rating is immediately changed after a site is rated.
Meaning of emoticons:

Use this emoticon for neutreal rating (for example if you are waiting for payment or something else hapened).

This emoticon means that you have been NOT PAID.
The last 15 ratings are viewed, so you can see how a program is currently being run. Most recent rating is on the right side. Besides that you can get some information about each rating by clicking on it (shown on the picture below).
WorldHYIPs.com Buttons
We will appreciate if you add our button to your site. It shows recent ratings and overall rating of program. We offer two types of buttons:

Because of it size, Gif 120x120 button is easier to use on front page. Ofcourse, nothing stands against using it in 'Rate us' section. This button can not hanlde program names longer than 24 characters.
204x103 JavaScript button is ment to be used in 'Rate us' section. However it can be used on front page if there is enough space. Advantage of this button is that it is an active button (thanks to JavaScript) - click on any rating to see info about rater.

Small, always visible Corner Logos are ment to be used on all pages of your website. Popup feature shows more information about your program when mouse is over corner logo.

Forums
Each site has its own forum where every user can share his/her experiences on each program. Every visitor can access forums, but only members of WorldHYIPs.com can start topic or reply to any topic. Topics should be related to the program that they are connected to. Please write your message in english. Messages written in other language will be removed. We do not accept any spamming, promoting other sites, abusive language, etc. Forum moderators reserve the rights to change or remove inappropriate messages.
Country Flags
You can see country flags at our site. They are generated using ip number of computer from which program is rated or added. There is a possibility that this information is inaccurate. By clicking on flag you can get name of the country represented by that flag. - this flag indicates that we were not able to assign proper country flag.
